Marketplace role

VibeExchange lets creators list app ideas and lets backers fund agent-built software. VibeExchange may provide repo provisioning, wallet accounting, payment checkout, governance tooling, agent orchestration, moderation, and release surfaces.

No investment relationship

Backing a listing does not create equity, debt, profit share, dividends, employment, partnership, or a financial return. Released backing creates governance participation in the listed app according to the listing rules.

Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for submitting accurate listing details, respecting intellectual property rights, maintaining reasonable scope, and responding to staff review, sponsor questions, and milestone delivery expectations.

Backer responsibilities

Backers are responsible for reviewing listing details, funding conditions, refund state, and governance rules before pledging. Backers must not abuse refunds, chargebacks, reviews, votes, Q&A, or repo access.

Repo and source access

A funded listing may create a private repository. Sponsor access can be granted, changed, or removed based on tier, role, listing status, abuse, payment state, or staff moderation.

Moderation

VibeExchange may reject listings, remove reviews or posts, suspend users, resolve refunds, grant or remove staff permissions, and archive listings when needed to protect the marketplace.

Payments and refunds

Wallet and card payments are tracked in VibeExchange ledgers and payment-provider records. Refund eligibility depends on pledge source, release state, campaign state, provider limits, and staff review.

Availability

The service may change as the marketplace evolves. VibeExchange does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific agent output, or that every funded app will satisfy every sponsor preference.

These terms are an operating summary for the current product. Production launch should include final review by counsel before public paid scale.
