Every proposal lives inside your company's private workspace. This page shows what you'll be asked for; you'll create and back real proposals from your workspace.
How backing works
Once they're in the workspace, employees back the ideas they want with their weekly Innovation Credits. Every contribution is tracked, and people can change their minds until an idea is approved to build.
Business review
A manager reviews a popular idea before any budget is approved to build it.
Build it or adopt it
An idea can be a brand-new app we build for you, owned by your company, or an approved outside tool we help you bring in.
Approval to go live
Backing an idea and putting it in front of your team are two separate steps. Nothing goes live without a manager's approval.
