Proposed Workflow

  • Ask a policy question in Slack, using a direct message or an approved help channel.
  • The app searches only owner-reviewed policy sources and returns a concise answer with citations.
  • If the answer depends on region or role, the app applies the employee’s existing access rules.
  • If a policy source is stale or missing, the question is routed to the right People or Legal owner.

Access and Governance

Employee Policy Answers follows the company’s existing identity and access model. Employees only see policies they are entitled to see, every answer links back to its source, and source changes require an owner review before the app uses them.
